Try Noom Mood free for two weeks and tackle your stress

Are you feeling extra stressed out or anxious these days? Who isn’t? The last year (and change) was enough to rattle the physical and mental well-being of all of us. The good news is Noom has a new wellness program that can help you worry less, sleep better, and feel happier. The program comes packaged as a four-month plan for $149, and right now, you can give it a free 14-day trial run, so why not?

You may already know Noom as the app that helps people meet their physical health goals. Noom Mood uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help you tackle your mental health.

Understanding the why

Like Noom’s original app, Noom Mood helps you understand the “why” behind your behavior so that you can better manage it. First, you’ll take Noom’s free quiz, which prompts you to identify your stress sources and what you want to change. Whether you’re itching to improve your self-confidence or smooth out your anxiety, Noom will tailor a course especially for you.

Take it at your own pace

Each course is broken down into bite-sized lessons and activities that take a measly 10 minutes a day. You’re also assigned a real-life human coach, which is a nice touch, and daily mood logging will help you track your progress. Another cool thing about Noom Mood is that, well, it’s an app. This means you can navigate the curriculum at your own pace – so the boost is there whenever you want it.
